1. Do you have a physical store to visit?
No, we are online-based business.
2. Is there any guarantee/warranty for your products?
No. There is no guarantee/ warranty. But we promise to deliver premium quality jewelry to you.
3. Can I order through WhatsApp or Instagram?
No, we do not accept orders through these platforms. Your order needs to be placed on the website only. This way you can secure your orders faster and not have to worry if the item is out of stock.
4. Do I need to open an account in order to shop in your website?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
5. How do I /create an account?
Please click on “Create account” and fill in your personal particulars such as name, email address, and your login password.
6. How do I order?
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
7. I have problems adding items to my shopping cart
You will be able to add the items as long as the product available in stock. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable” or ‘’Out of Stock’’.
8. Do you have cash on delivery (COD)?
We accept online payment only. We do not have COD option.
9. How do I pay for my orders?
Our website offers you several payment options that are absolutely safe and secure. Our website support most of the international credit card and debit card (Mastercard & Visa) and Online Internet Banking for local bank account holders. 10. What if it shows ‘Payment Failed’ and the amount is still debited from my account?
It might happen under rare circumstances due to faulty servers or network disruption. In such a case, please write to our customer care team at ddcreationmalaysia@gmail.com or please send a WhatsApp message to +60164024317.
11. I have a discount or voucher code; how can I use it?
Key in the voucher code at the field “Discount code” and click “Apply” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to payment. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the discount or voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
12. Can I amend and cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it. Please read our return, refund & cancellation policy for further information.
13. Can I purchase now but schedule my dispatch for a later date?
Yes, most certainly. Just enter your preferred date of shipping during checkout in the ‘Add notes’ box and we’ll have it shipped on your chosen date of dispatch.
14. What if I need more information or clarity on a product before I make my purchase?
We will provide all the information on every jewelry, detailing everything specifically, if there are still further inquiries, you can send a WhatsApp message to +60124854317. But bear in mind, we will not hold the jewelry for you or lock the jewelry meanwhile.
15. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

Shipping and delivery

1. When will my order be processed?
All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please refer to our shipping policy for more detail.
2. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
An estimated delivery time will be 7 days for most cities in Malaysia. Delivery could take a little longer for remote locations. You will receive a message with the tracking number as soon as the products are shipped. Please refer to our shipping policy for more detail.
3. How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been dispatched, the tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered handphone number. If you need any assistance, please WhatsApp message to +60164024317.
4. What are the shipping charges like?
Shipping charge for domestic orders around Malaysia at a flat standard rate of MYR 9/kg (West Malaysia) and MYR 15/kg (East Malaysia). Shipping charge for Singapore is MYR 25/kg. Please refer to our shipping policy for more detail.
5. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
6. There is a missing or incorrect item in my order, what should I do?
We apologize for sending you an incomplete or incorrect order. Please send WhatsApp message to our customer care team at +60164024317 and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
7. I’ve received a defective item, what should I do?
We apologize if you had received a defective item from us. Please refer to our return, refund & cancellation policy for more detail.
8. I’ve purchased the wrong size or color

9. I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
